Upon receipt of your shipment, immediately open the box and inspect the flowers. Any damage must be reported promptly to your account manager.
Following inspection, unpack the flowers and cut one inch from the bottom of the stems. Avoid removing all the white part of the stem.
Arrange fresh cut flowers in a clean container with 2 inches of water with 1 cc of flower preservative per liter.
Place the calla-lilies in a refrigerated area (Flowers should be kept in coolers until sold, at a temperature of 6-8 degrees Celsius).
